Outdoor Play and Learning

 At Redland we understand the importance of good quality play and the impact this can have on the lives of our children. We have recently started our journey with OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning), which is something the children and staff at Redland are extremely excited and enthusiastic about.

We have already introduced lots of resources to engage, develop and inspire play, including: chalks, fancy dress, bubbles, spinning tops and much more! We are continuously looking out for more ways to increase our OPAL offer and we discuss the children’s ideas through regular OPAL assemblies and use of an OPAL suggestion box.
