Welcome to term 2.

We are looking forward to all of the exciting learning ahead of us this term.

Key information:

PE days will be on a Thursday when children can come into school in their PE kit. Please can children wear a plain white t-shirt, black hoodie and black shorts/trousers (no football strips please).
Outdoor learning is on a Friday. Children will need to wear appropriate clothing for this. They can bring a pair of wellies or spare shoes.
Reading books will be sent home after they have been read 3 times in school. Please return them on a Monday.
Children have opportunities to change their library books during the week.
Children will have sounds and tricky words in their bookbags that they need to practice regularly.
Year 1 Children will have weekly spellings which will be given out each week. These will be tested on a Friday.
